Our role in a transaction
Stellar Estates is the Swedish-speaking way into the Costa del Sol property market. We take your enquiry, go through what you are looking for or what you want to sell, and put you in touch with the partner agency that has the right property and the registrations Spanish law requires.
The agency work itself — viewings, negotiation, contract, deposit and completion — is carried out by that agency and governed by the agreement you sign with it. Stellar Digital S.L. is not a party to your purchase or sale and does not act as agent for either side in it. As a buyer you pay Stellar Estates nothing: the fee sits in the assignment held by the partner agency and is paid by the seller.

The property data
The properties shown here come from a shared database (MLS) into which estate agencies on the Costa del Sol enter their listings. Price, floor area, number of rooms, photographs, location, running costs and description are the seller's and the listing agency's data, not ours. We reproduce them as we receive them and refresh them several times a week, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or that a property is still for sale.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices are shown without the taxes and costs that a purchase adds on top — we set those out in the guide to what a purchase costs. Floor areas are sometimes measured in different ways and can differ from the land registry. Always verify the details, and have a lawyer review the paperwork, before you pay a deposit.
Terms of use
The site is free to use. You may read, save and print the content for your own use. You may not republish it commercially, scrape it at scale, circumvent technical limits, disrupt the service, or use our forms for anything other than a genuine enquiry.
The details you enter in a form must be your own and correct. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue contact with anyone who misuses the site.
Intellectual property
The texts, guides, area pages, logo and design belong to Stellar Digital S.L. unless stated otherwise. Property photographs belong to the respective seller or listing agency and appear here on the basis of their distribution through the shared database. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and is used under the ODbL licence.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to authorities, banks and other outside pages where it helps you on. We are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your personal data.
Liability
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of this site alone, nor for loss caused by technical failure at our end or at our providers', to the extent the law permits such a limitation.

Governing law and disputes
