Why we exist
Most people who buy a home in Spain do it once in their lives. The other side — the seller, the developer, the bank — does it every week. That imbalance is the whole reason an agent who is actually on your side is worth something.
Add that everything happens in a language you do not command, in a legal system you do not know, and that the contract you sign is binding in a way deposit agreements at home are not. Then it becomes clear why “we speak your language” is not a courtesy but a matter of security.
How we work
- We search the whole market, not just our own listings. Our job is to find the right home for you, not to move a particular one.
- We say no. If a property has problems — legal, technical or financial — you hear it from us before you fall in love with the terrace.
- We explain before we show. Tax, NIE, costs and timeline first. Then you know what you actually have to work with.
- We come with you all the way — checks, contract, notary, registration, utilities and the first tax return.
We are estate agents, not lawyers or tax advisers. We say so when a question belongs with someone else, and refer you to English-speaking lawyers and gestorías. Mixing up the roles is expensive for you, not for us.
